this is some b/s for people who already have their papers and took it for granted, acted stupid and committed a minor crime... it has nothing to do with the ones who don't have any papers... IMHO send them back even for a minor crime, we all trying to behave here to get our papers, instead; others who were lucky enough to get their papers take it for granted.. like my friend who got hes green card and decided to hit a guy with a q stick, now hes case opened up again and he might get deported... FUCK him too. i told the bastard many times: "behave when you get your papers or otherwise don't cry when you lose that luxury"...
