And nobody knows what's gonna happen if they don't go for CIR. We're hoping and praying that they get their heads right and bring up DA alone.

Durbin said "If Democrats and Republicans come together, we can pass comprehensive immigration reform legislation, including the DREAM Act, in 2010" article written yesterday, and then he said "It's unlikely we'll get to it [CIR] this year" from another article written today, so he was like pushing for CIR yesterday and abnegated the idea today...is he trying to give up on CIR so he can really push for DA?
