If you go by border security, we will never get reform ever. Sure it can help but I think they will make excuses until not even 1 person can come illegally. What about people who overstayed their visas?

I just agree with the above posters. Totally lame excuses by Republicans when they bring up "border security not secure enough".

And besides you saw all 41 republicans say "NO" to anything pretty much Dems want to reform. And please, read some news. Graham is not on our side. And getting 4 more votes from the party of "NO!" is very hard at this time, when there are many other bills being talked on Senate floor. Please be realistic. Too much optimism is not healthy.
