Dude in case you don't know, there is NO REPUBLICAN SUPPORT for CIR, NONE AT ALL. Graham pulled out of the sponsorship because he is not getting his way and Democratic Leaders wanted to move Immigration to the top of the list. He would/will more than likely vote NO, it is almost certain. So that is why Graham'd vote nay on his 'own' bill. Now stop saying saying that CIR has Republican support please.
