lol most of us are transfer students some of us have gone to community college graduated and now have nothing cuz we couldn't afford to go to a uc or a calstate....listin im sure the this bill will expand to more than just the first group i mean look at financial aid it just about the same thing only this bill is for a specific groups of ppl......trust me if organization can put out money for scholarships for us im sure the public/private sector can dish a few dollars for us taxe payers as well.....i understand and get your points that u are making but i don't believe that would be the case for all american's i highly doubt it that besides you far right citizens others will call us free loaders if that was the case ppl would be calling everyone who attens a college and gets financial aid a free loader just because they are citizen pls we pay taxes too you ur argument tho a good one is a slippery slope....i just think this bill will curt the cir in the nation stage.
