I have a permit for Washington, going back in December to get my actual license (My father and I are going, he is getting his renewed). Hope nothing changes from now until then =( need to have my Permit for 6 months before getting my license.

My mom got her Washington license, it was really quick and easy, they didn't question her at all for anything. She just got a friend we have in Seattle to sign of that she lived in that place and that was it, they took her picture and got her license in the mail.

***This is easier to do if you are renewing a license, if you are a first time getter its harder because you need to pass the state exams and schedule an appointment to take your driving test with your own insured vechicle. Luckily the person we know has around 5 haha.
