This afternoon, at around 2:15 p.m. EST, the Senate will cast its first vote on the DREAM Act.
Your Senators will decide whether to move the DREAM Act forward as an amendment -- or to stop it in its tracks. If you've been waiting to take action on the DREAM Act, please stop what you're doing and make a one-minute phone call.

In just a few moments we'll be heading to Capitol Hill with a group of tireless young people who would benefit from the DREAM Act. We will deliver the 65,000 petitions we've collected with our partners to key Senators who haven't made up their minds on DREAM. It just so happens that 65,000 is also the number of undocumented young people who graduate from high school each year, only to realize that they cannot give back to the country they call home.
We'll be asking the Senators to fix this -- to vote yes on today's crucial DREAM Act vote.
