This is the current policy: Thru attrition; worksite enforcement and continuing family separation. Otherwise there's no reason to not grant discretionary stay of removal and deportation to potential DREAM act and else beneficiaries. The argument about "circumventing the law" is, in my honest opinion because of the damage to individuals and families, malicious. The reason they reauthorized TPS status recently is because conditions in Central America are still dismal. Excuse me, but yes, a hurricane happened 12 years ago, but those countries were shit before and are still shit now due to corrupt governments.

This administration's response to potential DREAM and else beneficiaries if you want to keep your life here is "Don't get caught".
