Hi everyone,

Is anyone involved in AB540 issues at the UC system? I have been looking into the funding issue a lot for the last couple of years and have decided to make a proposal to the Vice-Chancellors here at UCSB. I understand that much has been tried but I feel that my take is rather unique and might have a chance.

So yes, it will not involve having the UC system directly funding us AB540 students or a CA/Federal Dream Act approach.
