1986, 2006, 2007 were all under Rep control.
Even if Obama gets re-elected and Dems have Senate and House, Dream Act will be long forgotten and will have to be re-introduced, in which will take us to where we are right now.

If Rep gets elected as president or gets Senate or House, there is virtually no chance of Dream Act passing even in 2012-2014 or even 2016

This lameduck is our only chance. So everyone gather up.
