Sounds a bit harsh...but if they want to prevent chain migration, then they should just make it so DREAMERS can't petition any family member. This should address the immediate students that are in need, it wasn't their fault, it was the parents fault. As cruel as this sounds, the parents shouldn't be rewarded.....at least not in this law, they should be given a chance but in CIR.
