did you not see ben nelson say he would vote no on cloture for dream act because he says it doesnt add to the military or jobs?? do you not understand when they voted in september they voted for cloture on defense bill without dream act? the vote count would have been totally different if dream act was being debated upon being added to the defense bill as an amendment.
