Dream Act Non immigrant Status- you can work and live in us, you can travel abroad for short periods of time, will expire if you don't complete
the 2 year military/college requirement, you are eligible for federal loans, 3rd party scholarships and work study programs
Full Pernament Resident - You can leave the country for up to a year, you can get obamacare, you can either transition to citizenship after 3-5 years or renew the green card every 10 years, you are eligible for financial aid
Citizenship - Once you become one the government can't take it away, you can vote, you can leave the country for any period of time (as long as you don't naturalize in a different country)
