Student visa abuser is someone who go to public middle school/highschool when their F1 status is still active.
In my interpretation, when your F1 status is terminated, you could attend public highschool. However, if your F1 status is active and you attend public highschool and you abandon the private school, then that constitute the 212(a)(6)(G) violation.
