First of all, the average person doesn't know what comprehensive immigration reform means. Anytime you hear reform it sounds good, to them it could mean enforcement.

Second, most people also don't know all of the parameters of the dream act. Most people other than us don't follow it. I have seen other polls that say exactly the opposite, you see it is tricky.
