I mean the DREAM Act as perceived before S. 3992 was introduced is a world away from S. 3827 which is the one that we have been following and preaching for a couple months already I guess.

The realist in me says he will vote no, but another part of me wants to create a scenario of hope that he may somehow vote yes and as may be seen from my comment above, one that essentially relies on all the planets and stars aligning in their perfect positions, lol.
