People need to stop commenting about finding loopholes/shortcuts on obtaining citizenship. It makes us look worse to them than we already do. Deal with it after you legalize with DREAM. It's really getting out of hand.

I don't think Dreamer12 was trying to "find a loophole". There's nothing wrong with asking how the bill affects our eligibility to receive citizenship through another process later on. I for one KNOW I am getting married in less than 10 years, maybe even 5. If DREAM restricts me from applying for citizenship through my husband for the entire 10 years of conditional non-immigrant status, then there's no way in hell I'm even applying for DREAM Act if it passes. It would be absolutely ridiculous.
Don't be so quick to judge.
