We don't need to filibuster anything in the Senate because A) We still control the senate and B) Even if anything passes Obama can veto it *if he has the stones to do so*. So no matter what pieces of legislation that the House passes under Boehner's leadership will die in the senate if by some chance we have to filibuster there. The thing Im worried about is losing control of the senate in 2012 because then we can forget about any CIR passing for a good 8 years...too long if you ask me.
If Boehner and the GOP in the House fail to bring anti-immigration legislation and make Obama sign it then we need to stir discontent amongst the GOP's base i.e do what they do and beat them at their game. Too damn bad the Democratic establishment lacks the backbone to pull off these tactics.
