Eddy, have you READ the Bill ????? It has ALWAYS had the " under age 16 " and living here 5 years prior to passage.

This is exactly the problem with making concession after concession - no one reads it anyway, people are going to spread lies regardless, and you are going to end up with something worse than Health Care Reform -- which still has some good points - but primarily ended up as a bill to ensure that insurance companies remain rich and in control. How did that happen ? Because suddenly anything and everything having to do with health care became demonized and lied about. "They" do the same thing with immigration - they make any lie they want and you are left trying to counteract it. Basically they use the " when did you stop beating your wife ?" tactic of propaganda. Further tightening of the DA will not change that.
