You know DA user I know groups like La Raza and ACLU have some of the best attorneys there are out there, there are also other advocacy groups that are fighting these state specific laws in the courts right now to try to get them stopped. I am not sure what they are waiting for or if they dont have decided case yet in there favor to go in front of the Supreme Court on DA issue. These groups have had some successes in the courts about processing of illegals and education of illegals so it might be a matter of short time seeing the Supreme court is going to take up this 14 amendment issue and is taking up the Arizona laws such SB1070 maybe this is what will give them what they need to get it done. You can use the internet and keep up with what the Supreme court is working on though. I think its the only way DA will pass in the next four years. But also remember there are going to be some strict regulations put on immigration through the courts which nobody wants to hear on this site but in reality its what Dreamers need to happen to get the Dream Act passed quicker.
