That is why I posted that article from the LA times showing what Udell (D) who is writing the rule changes has put up there very limited and nothing like people think. Democrats no there not going to lose the majority in the senate and they are going to want to filibusterer as well. I definitely agree with some of the changes no anonymous senator should be able to stop the process of the government that is about as chicken shit as it comes. You want to stop votes on the countries business you should stand up like a man or woman and show your face. We should also go back to having a senators to stay in Congress not filibusterer something and go home and go to bed that is some BS the democrats put in the mid 2000's.. But believe when the Republicans are full control you do not want to have no power in them appointing far right wing judges and when you have a democratic majority you don't want them to be able to appoint far left wing judges. There has to be some middle of the row judges in this country that interpret the law not start making law that is not there job. We have this issue now with 9th circuit court of appeals in SF and the appeals courts in the south there getting nothing done because the both want to make law not interpret the law. The greatest true power a president has is appointing judges because you can change the country by appointing judges and you never want them out of whack you want them to balance out. CSPAN2 has been covering this filibusterer debate you can catch the replays at night to see what there doing.
