Everyone knew with the state budgets the way they are this is going to happen every dreamer there was going to be strict immigration laws passed by the states before the dream act pass this no news to the smart ones. The dream Act needs every anti immigrant law to pass to get a Dream act or some path to citizenship passed so dreamers should cheer these on.
