I agree with you. I don't know why but I have feeling that CIR/DA has good chances of passing under GOP President. Beacause if GOP president will push for it then surly half of republicans line up in suport of it an most Democrates alredy there to suport it. Just like it happen with BUSH. Then I think about 2nd term of OBAMA when he can takes politicale risk and do what BUSH did in his last days.
