^ from what I gathered in the letter they want to make a new set of procedures that even if you aren't in the system that you would be able to apply for deferred action. Yes it would mean giving them all your information, but I would do it in heartbeat. I'm sick of living like this. Sick of not being to work, to drive, to use my degrees. Anything would be a relief even if it would only be temporary.
