My only thing is that I don't believe he'll push for immigration reform in his second term if he doesn't do it now. At the end of the day, I'm also seriously considering returning to my home country anyway because I cannot keep staying here for years after graduating college, when I could be making something out of my life elsewhere.

I'm willing to see what Obama has to offer but I'm also considering relocating as well, I'm not letting a bunch of people determine my future. There is just way too much BS and lip service going on with this immigration reform issue.
I feel your frustration. Waiting is fruitless. Therefore, he has to act now. We cannot set our hopes and dreams on 2013. We cannot assume that Democrats will regain control of the House. What if that doesn't happen? Are we supposed to wait two more years then?He has to work with what he has now. He really needs to compromise on this issue. If he becomes cocky and thinks that Democrates will control congress by 2013, that is a huge mistake because he is making all of us wait, and, again, there is no guarantee that Democrats will defeat Republicans. Despite the arguments of political analysts, I am optimistic--surprise, surpise--that reform will happen before the elections if Obama pushes on this issue and gets Republicans and Democrats to compromise. It can happen. It is not impossible.
