hahaha. Watch the economy collapse and these plans will be right out the window. It just doesn't seem very sensible to me.
DA was the closest thing to immigration that this country was willing to accept because most people can agree that the USA is a highly desirable place to live and thus you should meet certain criteria like speaking the language and being a law abiding person. Ugh... This is just one hot mess.

During those 8 years, you have a work permit and become legal. You will be able to drive also. Just not the rights that USC and/or PR have.
