Like it or not, this country is going through a lot of things that are more important than an immigration reform that he also has to deal with. That's what people don't seem to understand. He didn't lie when he said he wanted one and that he was going to push for it but he also has to worry about a million other things. Also, it's not like he has all the power, he can't just conjure an immigration reform proposal that will satisfy both sides. There will always be disagreements between Democrats and Republicans, it is extremely hard to please both sides at the same time.

That's not the point, he made it sound like he pushed for Immigration reform with the same intensity he did with health-care etc. It would be nice for him to admit that he dropped the ball in regards with immigration reform, instead of acting like he put all his attention on it.
