Obama needs to push for CIR--Republican controlled house or not. He is likely to win re-election, but predicting the make-up congress is difficult. We don't know if the status quo will continue. We don't know if Republicans will gain more seats in the Senate. We don't know if Republicans will control both chambers by then. Who knows what will happen. Hence, he cannot leave us in limbo with the hope that his party will regain control of congress by 2012. He needs to act now. We are F***en tired of waiting!
