I want this to go to the Supreme Court and get out of the states and wasting everyone's time and money. The supreme court needs to let everyone know where the playing field is going to be set on this issue so there is no more circumventing going on. I mean to make laws then have them changed or have lawyers ready to change them to be the same thing just with different wording is ridiculous and plays with everyone lives if it can mean one thing one day and something different another. The only problem the USSC has shown leeway on is states are able to make there own punishment for there own laws that is a hard one to get around. In other words trespassing can be a simple misdemeanor in one state and be a felony in another. A felony get your deported a misdemeanor does not. Show us guidance that is what the SC is there for.
