I agree with you there many people from these countries are the biggest jerks on the planet.
That said what makes them palatable to most Americans is that they do seem to learn English, don't have lots of babies and we don't have to push 1 for English when they come here. My GP is from India and a very nice lady. But Indian and Pakistani men seem to have some of the worst attitudes in the world, I say leave them in their home countries.
