Really sad to say this but major parts of this country are going down the drain as well. If you live in inner city areas, you know what I'm talking about. Lately, I've been reconsidering my stance as a "liberal." I've been noticing people misusing welfare funds to buy all types of shit which are completely unnecessary. If you just walk out of my home, you see a bunch of teenagers and young people walking around like thugs smoking cigarettes and drugs, little girls dressed like whores. Sometimes I wonder how people like this even afford rent and utilities but apparently our government even provides that for people with "low income." In short, NOBODY likes to work where I live and I'm sure this is the case in pockets of EVERY major city in the US. Republicans definitely have a point about too much being spent on welfare. I'm not completely against it but I have a problem with the funds being misused for drugs and other nonsense. What's going to happen to these areas in 15-20 years time? There is no glimpse of progress in sight with people living like this. If anything, they will all deteriorate. Just look at where the US stands on the list of the countries with highest life expectancies. US is nowhere close to the top 10. It's a blessing in disguise that Dream hasn't passed yet. I'm definitely out in less than two years time.
