I know how you feel. I graduated from Maryland, and just as I would be going to Community College, the governor signed a bill for in-state. I'm all happy thinking an outside scholarship will cover it. Then 2-3 days before the bill goes into effect, a referendum is drummed up--misinforming people of course. Nevermind that we would jump through hoops to prove residency and good intention.

I ended up having to pay in-state tuition of which my scholarship only covers 1/4. Lucky me, eh?
