He COULD'VE done it himself but passing an immigration law it's too much of a risk for a president on his first term (specially with 10million plus immigrants). So whether it passes or fails, he will have congress to blame it on and that's what's hes been doing. It's all politics people. We can only pray that he's being tough deporting criminals so he could give relief to those who actually deserve it. Obama promised the immigrant community that he was going to focus on OUR dream act, I just hope he keeps his promise... the sooner the better. 2012-2013
