How about they shelve the Dream Act for now and instead get rid of the 3-10 year bar for all Dreamers? That way people can visit their home countries and apply for student visas, work visas, or so that those that already have pending applications can proceed to adjust their statuses? They are actually working on something like that right now. Oboma's administration announced something about that like a month ago. Look it up on google.
