It's a step up from what's happening now, yes, but do we really wanna settle for being second class citizens? If we're going to fight for something, shouldn't we fight to get the best possible outcome, not just accept meritocracy? The DREAM Act is coming, one way or another. If Republicans were so sure that they'll be able to block DREAM Act for much longer, they would never come up with sort of crap. We're almost at the finish line, let's not settle yet.
