It allows you to finish school. It allows you to drive. It allows you to live without having to worry about ICE deporting you. It allows you to support yourself. Doesn't it say that you would get some kind of visa that doesn't put you on track to citizenship, but doesn't bar it under current law. In other words, it would appear from the chatter that if you would have to gain citizenship as it exists under current law, wouldn't that make it all of the sudden easier to adjust through marriage?
Maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part.
