i think rubio's plan is very vague at this point until we actually see the hard copy. we can not assume anything. if he is suggesting some sort of visa that can be renewed over and over until we get PR then its ok. but if his suggestion is a visa for limited time and you have to apply for PR before the visa expires or else you go back then this is a horrible bill. i think we have to be patient and see what he puts out.
