The House is THE biggest obstacle for this bill right now. That place is a wildcard of Tea Party craziness that Rubio would have to beg Boehner to get them in line. Otherwise, this bill is dead on arrival. The Senate will still be a toss-up as well, but once the Senate gets going, there should be some momentum passed onto the House that it may have a slim chance.

Definitely agree with this. I feel like this bill may have a strong chance in the Senate surprising many. I would definitely expect some GOP votes by those on the fence senators who voted No in December and also possibly new voters because its a GOP influenced bill. The House is where the game will get tough for us. Hopefully House GOP will be willing to compromise with the new possibly bill announced by the Latino democrats. Things are definitely simmering up. Hopefully everyone is allowed to put their ingredients in the pot to come up with a finished product that can be served to the President.
