The family has been living in the U.S. for ten years. If deported, the parents’ lives will be threatened in Argentina, and Yuriy will be sent to the Ukraine, a country he doesn’t remember whose language he does not speak. According to the Morton Memo, Mikola, Tatiana, and Yuriy are not a priority for deportation. Don't deport and separate this family."
