Correct me if Im wrong, but wouldnt it be the same for the original DREAM Act. Under the DREAM Act we would be granted 6 years of "conditional permanent residency" to complete 2 years of college or military. Conditional permanent residency doesnt mean we'll get a green card, does it? So under the DREAM Act the military would also have to change their recruitment process?
