This bill is important, not only for the fact that it might fail but because it moves the discourse ever rightwards. Now that the first republican proposal has such a low age limit, what will prevent Rubio from doing the same? This could have even been an organized tactic so that when Rubio introduces his own bill, he has the perfect wiggle room to go even lower or do something similar. The discourse is moving rightwards guys and we can't do anything about it, not failing to see that for every little compromise we make, a couple thousand dreamers get shaved off.

But despite it's imperfections, I have to say I support it. Anything that could legalize anybody is cool with me, better some saved then all suffer. Like I am a man once said, we didn't have a problem(at least not huge) when older dreamers were cut off, why complain now when many get the same treatment?
