If nothing gets done this year, then nothing will be done over the next four years, the repubs can certainly lock the senate this fall(or at least come close enough to the point where every vote is a turn-up that favors them since the Dems are never really ever unified and a few Dems always defect), and as long as they control congress then it doesn't matter what happens with the white house personally because they'll just turn the clocks on America backwards. The democrats are playing a foolish game with this choice, but it doesn't surprise me, and Rubio doesn't seem like he's introducing anything before convention season can kill his groove(in the next three weeks or so) so I'd stop hoping in that fairy.

So add in all of those factors with a soon to collapse global economy and a middle east set to burn any month now, and it does not look good for the dreamer movement.
