I don't know what to believe now. Either the media is reporting what is really going on in terms of Rubio not having anything yet or Rubio truly has the bill on paper and is waiting for the CBO report. If the bill is ready and Rubio is just waiting for the CBO report, fuck yes. Before June? It cannot possibly take the CBO that long to generate a report on the bill--especially with the original DA giving an idea on how much people could benefit from relief.
