Can he overrule a supreme court decision? No, if they uphold SB1070, then it is legal for all states to do it if they want. He can't do anything about that. And what you want is outside the realm of possibility in an election year, when he has to win states like Ohio and Iowa and North Carolina.

Just enjoy your life in Mexico and stop worrying about what happens or does not happen concerning dreamers in the U.S. No one is asking the President to legislate the dream act by executive order!! All they are asking him is for him to grant humanitarian relief for dream beneficiaries( which BTW has been proven by lawyers, immigration experts etc to be entirely possible for him to do).
