14 and under so I think you would qualify because you had not turn 15 then. It is just like the deferred action age 30. You can't be 31.

Rubio has never talked about his age cap whichs means there might not be one. I am guessing most likely there will be Retroactive because he wants to give work visas AFTER one graduates college so someone has a degree always, you get a work visa regardless age.

He talks about giving work visas after you graduate college so this means you get a work visas regardless of age? He never has talked about his age cap.
