^I figure the issue of broad immigration legalization from since 1972 has been dealt with in 14 year periods.Registry came first->14 years past then came IRCA-14 years later-Life Act which included 245i -> ~14 years later Current Administrative relief?or is something expected next year?

It is also strange but under UK law they also had something called the 14 year rule where you can apply for permanent status if you've lived there for 14 years whether legally or illegally you could apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain[UK permanent residency] but it has been scrapped over the last few days over there.I figure why not implement the same here if this country has a past time of dealing with legalization in 14 year intervals.
