I have had a person tell me they are going to buy a GED, yeah I doubt it will be that easy but all that will happen is they will slow down the process for those of us that genuinely deserve it and qualify but they will not be approved.

It doesn't say anything about that being a requirement by June 15th,2012 that the person must meet that particular requirement.He simply have to just be in school to qualify.Why he dropped out I have no idea but according to the law he qualifies!

But he is not currently in school if he is a drop out so I don't understand how this guy expects to qualify. I don't think he will benefit.
