He was telling me that he'll just enroll back in school just to apply for the deferred action and get a better job. His family has money so there was no fkn excuse for him to leave HS and not go to college. Now he has a lawyer telling him that he can apply for this by just enrolling back in school while he's in the process and tell DHS that he dropped out of HS when he was 15 because of "economic hardship". Sorry but this kind of BS pisses me off!!! Why? Because there are those of us who went thru sweat, blood, and tears for this opportunity and now we have these kind of fkn loser assholes trying to cheat the system. Sorry for sounding selfish but this shit gets on my fkn nerves . Just wanted to vent.
I'm sorry but how is he "cheating the system"? -Other than lying about the "economic hardship" deal- I don't see any problem with him going back to school in order to qualify for deferred action. They may not even ask him "why he just enrolled back in school" as long as he meets all the requirements.

I obviously can't speak for his demeanor and behavior so I wont, but it seems to me that your issue with the kid is more personal than anything else, you just don't like him for some reason (other than the ones you stated).

Also, some of you guys need to get a grip and control your false outrage. Really.
