Arizona and Nebraska are just lashing out. Both states are just reaffirming their intent to not grant illegals driver's licenses.

However, their efforts will not apply to DACA beneficiaries as those granted deferred action will not be accruing any unlawful presence and will be documented with federal work authorization and social security numbers.

In the same way that people with TPS can obtain driver's licenses, so too will DACA beneficiaries.
