^ I think the right question is a misdemeanor that you were never CONVICTED of.. If you were never arrested for a misdemeanor it means you never got caught--> then issued a court date.

Read the guidelines, it says never have been convicted of a significant misdemeanor. So for example if you got an ACD you should be OK because an ACD is not a conviction.
